1. Delivery times and tracking

We ship all products with 1st or 2nd Class UK Standard delivery
    • We endeavour to despatch orders within 1-3 working days of confirmation of purchase. (Please note that any regional or country-wide lockdowns, as prescribed in accordance with www.gov.uk/coronavirus, may impact delivery times.)
    • Working days include Mondays to Fridays, excluding bank holidays.
    • An order is considered confirmed once your payment has been authorised.
    • Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a reference number for tracking your parcel from the Post Office.
    2. Delivery areas

    2.1We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom.
    2.2 (Please note: Shipping to UK Highlands, Islands and remote areas may involve additional costs. We will contact you to discuss the options available if this is the case). 

    3. Delivery is free for all UK orders

    4. Cancellations

    4.1If an order has not been paid, you can remove items from your cart or cancel the entire order.
    4.2You are entitled to cancel your order, in part or in full, any time before it has been despatched. So doing, you are eligible for a full credit or refund. To cancel, please send an e-mail to sales@sophiemoda.co.uk that includes:
     - Your name,
    - Invoice order number,
    - Details of items to be cancelled, and
    - Contact details.
    4.3 If you fail to cancel an order before it has been despatched, please refer to our Exchanges and Returns Policy for the correct process to follow.  Please note that in this case we will only credit or refund the value of the products purchased and not the delivery fee.
